Cancellation Policy
Thank you for supporting our Meals To-Go. Please review our cancellation policy before placing an order:
Orders must be placed 48 hours before pickup time and date.
Cancellations or changes must be made by Sunday at 7:00 PM for Tuesday orders and by Tuesday at 7:00 PM for Thursday orders.
Once the preorder window closes, all orders are considered final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 203-664-4000. While refunds cannot be guaranteed after the cutoff, we will always do our best to help when possible.
Pickup times are Tuesday & Thursday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us reduce food waste, properly staff our kitchen, and continue offering fresh meals each week.
